How the deep south, Politicians like DeSantis, and waco right wing judges will assure Democratic victory in 2024

With that recent ruling by U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk who ruled that the Food and Drug Administration improperly approved the abortion pill mifepristone thus effectively taking the drug off the market (which I don't even think SCOTUS or other repub judges will allow it given the standing issue, and since it's a right wing hot potato, they will look for any defect in the case to deny the case, and nothing like standing to do it, it allows them to shoot it down without being blamed for philosophically opposing it, which they probably do support it, but they know it's a disaster for repubs, their donors, politically) so with that and DeSantis's signing, in the quiet of night a 6 week ban, it's driving home the point that republicans are plumb crazy on this issue and the only party that can stop it are Democrats. Sure, the transgender issues are a sore spot for repubs, but transgenders are such a minority compared to the majority who appose these Republican waco bans. So, moderate repubs and independents will just say 'eough!' and vote for Biden (or whoever the Dem nominee is).

Abortion ban is a losing issue for Republicans, look at this abortion ban map, most of the banning is going on in the deep south:

Now, look at who opposed the repeal of Roe v Wade: 87% of Dems, 35% of Repubs, for a 65% national average.

so, thanks a bunch, Repubs, see you in 2024.

If the 2022 mid-term mini red wave didn't show Republicans what to do about the abortion issue, they will never learn.

The young voters came out like never before to keep Republicans from winning massive victories.

I generally disagree with Rumpelstiltskin, but on the abortion topic he is correct.

If Republicans don't keep their fucking hands off the abortion issue, they will lose in 2024.

All Repubs have to say is that "abortion is a state by state issue, not a Federal issue" and they will beat the incompetent democrats.
