Can you show me in the Constitution where it grants the Feds the authority to use military force against any sovereign state to stay in the Union if it decides to leave the Union? If it's not there, doesn't the 10th Amendment give the States the right to secede? Just asking.

That’s not what happened during the civil war. The confederate states literally opened fire on the United States Govt in South Carolina

States that joined the Union, entered gave up part of their sovereignty to enter that political body….and did so when they ratified that Constitution,

Texas had no right to say, hey we don’t want to be a part of this so we are taking our state back and being our own country because they don’t like the results of a federal election. That would undermine the entire theory of a democratic republic
