In terms of the cost of living and life in general. How are things going for you and your state. Here in Buffalo New York everything is higher in costs since Biden took office. Home prices are astronomical. Gas prices are up to 4 dollars a gallon and they were under 2 dollars a gallon when Trump was in office.

There’s not a lot of homes on the market here in Buffalo. I’ve seen homes that were $150,000 in 2015. They are now $450,000. It really is heartbreaking. The Democrat party in Buffalo is a disgrace they took down a statue of Christopher Columbus, but they won’t take down statues of Africans Or Indians that owned slaves …. Nor should they, they who were men of their time but they do it to white people. It’s one of the biggest attacks and civilization in American history. This cancel culture this racism against white people of history. 500 years from now it will be looked at as something out of the playbook of the Taliban.

Talking with many working class white and Black people in Buffalo they are fed up with the way Things are going. We need change for the better here.

How are things in your area of the country. ??? Have you seen the price of a home go up or down. ?? How about the grocery prices.? How are your neighborhoods looking now compared to five or 10 years ago ….do you notice more drugs and homeless issues in your area?

Connecticut is terrible. I need a new roof on my house. Supposedly, the house was perfect 7 years ago but now I find out it is shot and was never built to code. But the appraiser and loan people said it was all fine.

25k to replace the roof, it seems to me that is way too much money

so, I went out for a sandwich and a beer, $25

Eastern WA. Our gas prices are nearing $5--$4.79 yesterday. Groceries are up at least 25%. Electric is up 11%. Seattle is the laughing stock of the nation where homeless, drugs and crime are rampant. Liberal city council and mayor have defunded the police and the new police chief is clueless as to what should be done. Gov. Jay Inslee and the democrat controlled house and senate have done nothing to return order, electing instead to push every liberal hot button issue that they encounter.

Yes, the middle class in northern Nevada is not doing well. I have a lot of projects going on my property to try and help the locals as best I can, and they appreciate it, but I am only one person, and there are far fewer of me employing them these days.

CA, home prices skyrocketing, interest rates skyrocketing, gas prices sky high. Big cities full of homeless, drugs and feces. I live in rural CA and we are conservative, clean and mask free.

Pennsylvania is ok, for those of us outside of the failed Urban Hell Holes of Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Gas taxes are too high in PA, but people can afford to look better as clothing in exempt from sales tax.

A lot of people from New York as well as Canada come here to Mercer County's Prime Outlets to avoid confiscatory sales and VAT taxes in regressive areas.

I was in a convenient store yesterday. Yeah, I know it's not a place to shop for bargains. I had forgot milk when I was getting my weekly load of groceries. They were out of 2% at the convenient store. Whole milk there was $7.49 a gallon! That is insane!

That’s rough to hear. I lived in Henderson Nevada for about four months last summer. And I remember a dealer at the Westgate casino telling me his rent went up about $400 a month. Gas prices out there were even higher compared to here in Buffalo.

I really hope everything works out for the great state of Nevada. I’m surprised that they weren’t able to get the republican senator Adam Laxalt in 2022.

I was in Portland recently. I went to go eat downtown by Grand Central Station, took the train from Gresham with my buddy & his old lady. Holy shit...felt like we were in Mad Max. That nasty ass burned-out tire smell of fentanyl pills being smoked permeated the air for blocks. Zombies milling about. Cops rolled right on past people splayed out on the sidewalk, appearing to have died.
Miss my friends, but I only stayed 2 days.

The camp is gone and the lot is being cleaned up. I don't know what to think about the mayor race and council. Spokane Valley is a separate city, thank God.
