Well, but...it's not unlawful for me as an individual to discriminate. I am protected by the 1st Amendment. my right not to associate with whom ever I don't want to assciate with. If I was in the Army I sure would not share a foxhole with a gay or transgender person.

Maybe s/he would suck the enemy into submission.
