The Justice Department will now interpret the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as protecting transgender government employees from discrimination, Attorney General Eric Holder announced last week.
Holder paves way for transgenders in military
Well, but...it's not unlawful for me as an individual to discriminate. I am protected by the 1st Amendment. my right not to associate with whom ever I don't want to assciate with. If I was in the Army I sure would not share a foxhole with a gay or transgender person.
