Interesting, very interesting. As noted in the Flynn sentencing memo last night there were some curiously framed explanations of events surrounding his FBI inquisition.

Now Judge Emmet Sullivan wants expanded information, and wishes to see the actual notes (FD-302) that were mentioned by Flynn; and Judge Sullivan is directing the special counsel to provide all documents created by the FBI surrounding the Flynn interview:

If Flynn wasn't given his Miranda warning and didn't waive his rights then of course anything he said in that "interview" is inadmissible in court. Funny if liberals suddenly will have to start defending the FBI not advising folks of their rights LOL

Mueller may vey well be wetting himself right now. This judge is the same one who tossed Senator Stevens' conviction due to the Mule suborning perjury. This judge knows how Mueller and his crooks operate. That might be in part why he wants those documents tomorrow. No chance to "lose" them or alter them any more than they have been. Combined with Comey's admission to the set up of Flynn, this could potentially be the bombshell that permanently sinks Mueller.

Sullivan will ask him a series of questions to make sure he is ready to plead guilty. Sullivan reminds him he will afford him an opportunity to withdraw his guilty plea if he wants to. Flynn responds he has no concerns about entering his guilty plea.

Then he added: "I was aware" that lying to FBI investigators was a crime when he was interviewed in Jan. 24, 2017, interview, Flynn tells the judge.
