My name is krista and new to the forum. I'm a injury rehabilitator and hope i would be pretty helpful to the people trying to rehabilitate after injury.
So hope I would enjoy contributing on this forum.

Welcome. krista. Much rehabilitation and therapy is needed here.

Did you ever assist at a lobotomy?

You can start with the Warmers. The leaked emails have injured them and their cult-like religion greatly and they DO need immediate treatment.

Welcome to USMB.

Welcome. After an injury, I rely on various pain medications to get me through it.

It always takes some time to heal your injury. Sometimes getting impatient with your injury can further deteriorate the situation. Better visit some specialists and he would definitely try to look for some permanent solution...that might include the rehabilitation exercises to something different. It totally depends on the nature of injury.

Still, give it to a kid first.

They deserve the chance to abuse and waist life.

I'm sure xsited was being clever, but you'll get to know the personalities if you stick around. Seriously, I know what you mean about rushing things. I broke my leg and my ankle in my early 30's, couldn't stand the cast any longer after six weeks, and had a friend remove it using pruning sheers. I still have problems with my right ankle 30 years later, so if I had waited just 2 more weeks, it probably would have healed completely. Although the bone was fused, the muscle tissue surrounding it was still weak and caused the ankle to shift just enough to be uncomfortable standing or walking any length of time.
