Dwayne Haskins finished with 4,580 passing yards and 47 touchdowns, both of which led the nation. He broke 11 Big Ten and Ohio State single-season records. He's tied for 10th all-time for passing touchdowns in a single season in NCAA history. He was Big Ten offensive player of the year and MVP of the conference championship game.

Yet he lost the Heisman to someone who posts homophobic Tweets and says he wants to play baseball and not football later on?

Hilarious!

Is this to get back at Ohio State for the coaching scandal that the MeToo movement was upset about?

Politics sucks.

Charlie ward won it and played basketball. I wish he would have chosen football. He sucked at basketball and the Knicks would have won a championship with someone better

Murray is 5 ft 7

Even Doug Flutie looks down on him

But can he cut it in the NFL, once he’s out of the amateur sports circuits?

Oh, is that what the Heisman is for? Best potential NFL player?

No, it's a beauty contest that is rigged like all other contests.

I notice the winner is always on a team in the playoffs that loses.

Guess they try to spread the wealth.

Unless it is an Alabama player. Like in 2015 when Derrick Henry won the Heisman and Bama won the Championship.

But there have only been 4 years of playoffs, so it is a small sample.
