Its not that he was 'stupid' for getting caught, he was stupid for going AWOL. Something he said he would do BEFORE he entered the country and something he followed through with.

Nah, he said he was going to go AWOL before even getting to Afghanistan and he did by that time he was barley in the military for a year. He was only in Afghanistan for a little over one month.

The man had issues and should have never been allowed to join. He was trying to join foreign military units before joining the ARMY and was depressed about being denied entrance to the French Foreign Legion.

He got at least 6 US Soldiers killed because he is a selfish twat who did not know what he wanted.
