Christmas is an ancient European winter festival adapted with some New Testament nonsense. How can someone acknowledge that and also Chanaka which is a myth involving Judah and Benjamin killing Europeans including remnants of the 10 tribes of Israel that had assimilated into Europe by then. That would be like saying Happy Dec. 7th to WWII vets.

Why would the child of Yahweh (a very evil, racist, and non-existent middle east deity who inseminated a woman and she did not even feel it) be relevant to the European tradition of celebrating the Winter solstice?

Happy Holidays depends on which holidays you celebrate.

Your ignorance is astounding. Jehovah was Jesus Christ. Elohim was His Father.

At least part of this is correct. Good to see your still around the sites too many 'changes ' are not good. Take care. PS is The Dude still here?

Festivus for the rest of us! Happy Holidays! I live at the beach, so we celebrate Christmas in July. The specific date is optional and chosen by individuals to fit their schedule. Pick a Saturday and or Sunday of your choice. On or around July 4th not allowed. That would be wasteful. Celebrating other peoples selected date is OK. That allows you to celebrate the entire month of July. Bar b cue and or fresh seafood is the prevalent holiday meal of choice.

'Happy Holidays' means you're wishing people a happy time of the holiday of their choosing.

This is why Christians are bringing back, 'Merry Christmas' after the PC police have been trying to censor it over the past decade or so.

He may be but Christians did in fact appropriate Sol Invictus Day for the birth of their savior.

I think it has to with the renewal/rebirth thing. The returning of the sun and all that.

Bry is a Buddhist, they celebrate not using deodorant.

The joke is on Snouter April fools day used to be the old New Year's Day but the Roman popes would rather the pagan God of doors Janus ( named after the month January)the two headed God who saw forwards and backwards into the old year and into the new year have a go as New Year's Day so it was changed in the 15 th or 16 th century....All the months are screwed up with December meaning 10th becoming 12th and September becoming the 9th month and October the 10th etc etc...Yup that is not the only thing that was changed and yet you all were warned that they would change everything and yet no one paid attention till today it is all accepted as the " gospel truth"... Some Snout ers should get their nose out of the trough so they can see and study for themselves just how out of whack everything has become... Today is a good day to start since Sun day is the first day of the week ...
