Look at the list. The only GOP candidate who comes close is Romney. Obama still beats him by 1.2 points (though that is a statistical tie). Granted, these polls don't mean much this far out from the election. But there you go.

They don't mean anything at all. Most people aren't thinking about this right now and haven't been following this nonsense beyond a story that breaks the surface like Cain's harrassment charges.

The fact is, an incumbant president below 50% in his re-elect number should be worried. And if this recession gets worse because Europe goes under or otherwise has the suffering continue, he's done.

Even against a complete mutant like Ron Paul.
