Greatest chokes in sports history?

How about in 1993 when Michigan's Chris Webber called a timeout with 20 seconds remaining with the intention of setting up a potential game-winner against North Carolina. It backfired, however, when he learned that his team had zero timeouts remaining.

North Carolina went on to win the game for the National Championship.

The Fab 5 again Failed.

How about when Steve Bartman choked Moises Alou and the Cubs by reaching out and grabbing that foul ball pop up in NLCS game 6?

The sports columnists did the same thing when the Pacers picked some kid from UCLA named Reggie Miller too. And look how that turned out.

That turned out great!

The Pacers had one more NBA Finals defeat than they would have without him.
