You were right, Republicans. Voter fraud does exist. Have fun dancing around this one.:lol::lol:

Charles White, Indiana Secretary Of State, Removed From Office

An Indianapolis county court has removed Indiana Secretary of State Charles White from office on charges of voter fraud relating to his 2010 election.

The Marion County Circuit Court issued the order late Thursday afternoon in response to a Democratic Party civil suit alleging that White lied about his residency during the 2010 election to retain salary from a town councilman post he held. White is currently facing criminal charges stemming from the voter fraud allegations. In Indiana, the secretary of state also serves as the chief elections official.

The court order requires the state's Recount Commission to void White's 2010 election certification and award the secretary of state's post to runner-up Vop Osili (D). Osili was elected last month as a councilman for the Indianapolis-Marion County government.

From the article,
The court's decision said that it does not "imply" that White's actions "were or were not fraudulent or committed a crime," but rather that he "knowingly registered in the wrong precinct." The court is deferring any questions of illegal activity for decision during the coming criminal trial, which begins on Jan. 30.
More evidence that proof of identity and proof of residency would be a good thing.

Strange the way Republicans scream "voter fraud", but when it comes to Democrats, it's about "registration". Of course, Paul Newman hasn't voted in years and as far as I know, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse have NEVER voted.

But with the Republicans, it's actual "voter fraud". Which, when you think about it, is quite strange. They seem much better at "voter suppression" and bringing down our system than voter fraud.

Voter ID cards would solve this problem, except for the Black Panthers threatening voters with clubs....given a pass by Holder.

What if you live in a tent or out of a car? Does that make you "less" American?

Both of them in a black neighborhood. So scary.

Hmmm..... The GOP seems to be having a bit of a problem with their people in the Mid-West.

And on the East Coast.

Isn't Indiana the state where the democrats filed fraudulent petitions to get obama on the ballot? This is their way of fighting back. They'll fake up whatever they can.

Neither of which restrict one from having proof of identity or residency.
You are grasping at straws.

i don't think so MM, he committed the alledged fraud while registering...

The government photo id, required at the polls to vote, would NOT have stopped this fraud of his....from my understanding of what he allegedly did wrong.

Town council?

Residency requirements for a Republican town councilman is paramount, but certificate of birth of a President is petty?

I think I'm getting your drift, Joseph K. Why this oughtta be the burp heard round the world!!!!

How do you get mail to a car?

I suppose you can't.
What the heck does mail have to do with proving identity and voting?

10 to 1 rdean doesn't answer my question even though I answered his.

This is not a case of wholesale voter fraud which the Democrats are so good at, this a case of an individual lying about the place of his residence so that he could hold and draw salary from a town councilmanic office. He has been divested of his office as state attorney general for the commission of that residency fraud. For all we know he may have lived at that address formerly and had moved on, his crime being that he should have resigned the county office upon moving.

The fraud committed by democrat officials in Indiana was lying about and actual forgery of signatures to get candidates on primary ballots, without which signatures they could not have been on the Indiana primary ballot legally. The nominee in that fraud question was Obamma. Even the former gov of Indiana Joe Kerman said the signature was not his and a forgery.
