Actually no. What you're complaining about is the result of not allowing the market to do it's natural thing. That's what happens when the people come to rely on a middle man to pay for their services, and the deep pockets of indiscriminate government cash get involved. Government spending and the reliance on insurance companies to pay for care has inflated prices well beyond normal market prices. Get rid of those, and the only way the health care business will be able to survive will be to provide options that people can afford to pay out of their pockets.
