GOP Emancipation--Freed People Get Wages & Tax Cuts(?) "When Allowed"

Lincoln's Famous Emancipation Proclamation set in motion a reversal of human history, as applied even in the U. S. Constitution. Still, it was a Republican emancipation--not entirely bound to any concept of a Living Wage, for the newly freed or anyone else. The Slaughter of all the White People would continue. War was like that, in that Republican civilization: Too.

Eventually even Amendment XIII would require an Amendment XIV: To actually bring about the end of slavery in the United States. "When allowed," the newly freed were enjoined to labor faithfully for reasonable wages. Anyone can guess what the Aboltionists of the Slave States--then mainly of Lincoln's Super-Majority--likely really did have in mind?

Comparing, so far--for New Jersey--there is no Republican concept of Storm Relief for victims, "when allowed," then being able to go back to some semblance of a job, in some semblance of a workplace--then on to some semblance of a house, or other dwelling.

Comparing, the concept of graduated payroll tax, to replace the "holiday," was not discussed in the U. S. House of Representatives, even on Tuesday, of this year.

No doubt the Abolitionists, in the Republican-Held Slave States: Were easily on board with Lincoln's concept of "freedom!"

The U. S. income tax is graduated, but has the indexed personal exemptions and standard deduction from the 1986 Tax Reform.

Likely when the Democrats get the super-majority back in the Midterms, then one way to resolve the Social Security Trust Fund dilemma--The U. S. borrowing from the Trust Fund to pay all the defense contractors, and below market rates--would be a graduated payroll tax where lower incomes pay less, and upper incomes more.

Anyone first has to get past the Party of Abraham Lincoln, especially on New Year's Eve, even in 1863--or whenever.

(So at $78.0 mil. per year, a household at that income may wind up paying $4.0 mil. more to the federal government. Trying to prevent that held up the entire progress of Western Civilization for two entire years since the Midterms(?)! Back then, it was Amendment XIII.)
