Ginsberg says she will stay till 2020...despite not able to show up.

You know, vital records are public. If someone wants to claim she is dead, then they should pony up a death certificate.
Yeah, cuz there's NO way around that. Those death certificates just automatically fall from the sky the moment a person croaks.

When it's pointed out that your argument is flawed on the facts, it's never a good response to cook up an excuse that requires absurd assumptions. You're only increasing your burden of proof because Occam's Razor demands extraordinary evidence for extraordinary claims.

There is no good reason for a rational person to speculate that some shadowy group of people are standing guard at Ginsburg's house over her rotting corpse, hoping to conceal her death for the next 2-6 years to prevent Trump from nominating a replacement.

They don’t have to go that far. There are rules regarding judicial fitness to sit at a bench. From the 9th circuit federal court. Rule 3(e) Rules for Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings

You might want to stay abreast of current events. Ginsburg doesn't sit on the circuit court, she's on the Supreme Court.

So the USSC, the last stop of Justice in the US, according to you, is the one court in the country exempt from a judicial officer needing to be able to perform their job eh?

Try again.

The constitution says they shall serve for life. Congress does not have power to change that or to demand otherwise.

So if she is in a permanent coma, so long as the machines keep her body alive, her seat on the USSC is taken?

Very good! Gold star for you. That's the constitution. Don't like it, tough shit.

To bad honor and character are not in Ginsberg's DNA.

Well we are on the same page then. Sexual orientation neither mentioned nor implied in either the Civil Rights Act nor the 14th Amendment. (And Ginsburg knew it). Don’t like it? Tough shit.

BBB...bb.. but....that’s different! :lmao:

Aaannd Silhouette is back to gay marriage despite it having absolutely nothing to do with the subject. Have you considered starting a watch and clock factory?

Yes but if a disaster occurs here in America or an economic collapse happened, how would people treat each other. You see the white race and particularly white males getting the blame for every wrong in history and being emasculated. Christians are starting to be persecuted again and if Hillary won it would have expanded even more.
