If you were to ask the people of Iraq today if they could turn back the clock, have the war not happen, bring back Saddam and his psychopath sons and put them in charge, what do you think they would say? Do you think the Iraqi people want to go back to the way that it was?

Honestly, I don't know, but the sacrifices they made were likely not worth it to them today, and if they could have their dead family members back with them, they would turn back the clock tomorrow. The war in Iraq was an even bigger foreign policy debacle than Vietnam.

It was. No one has any moral right to start a "preemptive war". All the intentionally produced propaganda lies of the USA for this war had in the end only the effect to destroy the reputation of the USA. And much more was wrong than only this. This worst president the USA ever had seen - George W. Bush - destroyed the neo-conservatism where he came from and replaced it with the so called "postfactual age": Don't change your opinion any longer - if you don't like facts then "invent" new facts which fit to whatever kind of stupid opinion.
