I posted such a debate back here, but rotsa ruck for any voters getting a chance to even know about it. Republican Party has at least three nationally-prominent people challenging Rump, and Rump has them cancelling primaries so that people can't even vote, let alone know they're running.

Biden, like Clinton, is taking a bruising from the left. Sanders this week began airing an ad featuring a union autoworker lauding Sanders for his opposition to trade deals and criticizing Biden for his support for them. He used a similar argument against Clinton, right down to the language in his ads.

There are several differences. Blacks have turned out in greater numbers for Biden than they did for Clinton. Also suburban voters especially women could play a larger role in 2020 than they did in 2016.

Of course it doesn't. Again, political parties are going to nominate who they want to nominate. Primaries are a meaningless charade. Always were. Ask Teddy Roosevelt about how you're "assured" of getting the nomination just because you won the primaries. Bread and circus, that's all.
