Nope. The election board changed the rules. The Pennsylvania state constitution states the legislative body is the only entity that can changes election laws. They are elected by the people therefore it’s the people’s will. The election board is appointed not elected.

Yep. They have the cheating down pat. If I were a Trump supporter I wouldn't even bother voting. Why vote when it's all a cheat anyhow? Have some dignity. While you stand in line to vote Democrats are pointing at you and snickering amongst themselves because you are voting in an election you know is rigged.
