It's only one network. CBS tried to influence a presidential election with fake documents. Walter Cronkite's fake story about the US victory in the Tet offensive being a "stalemate" caused LBJ to quit politics. Why does the left worry about Fox so much?

from those well-known libs at forbes...

Fox News Viewers Uninformed, NPR Listeners Not, Poll Suggests

A poll by Farleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey showed that of all the news channels out there, Fox News viewers are the least informed.
People were asked questions about news habits and current events in a statewide poll of 600 New Jersey residents recently. Results showed that viewers of Sunday morning news shows were the most informed about current events, while Fox News viewers were the least informed. In fact, FDU poll results showed they were even less informed than those who say they don’t watch any news at all.

Readers of The New York Times, USA Today and listeners to National Public Radio were better informed about international events than other media outlets.[/quote]

FNC is #1 in large part because so many libs can't stop themselves from tuning in.:eusa_shhh: It must be because they desire to be informed that they must not be getting informed.:eusa_whistle:

Actually it's #1 (in ratings, which are relevant only to ad buyers) because they use drama, short-skirted bimbos, romper-room colored sets, creepy-crawly chyrons and endless stories on 'knockout games', 'new black panthers' and various other angles of fear.

Drama sells. That's why they traffic not in news but news theater. Ain't about the ideology -- it's about the money.

Fox gets 5% of Republicans which proves 95% of Republicans are most probably (hopefully) doing something productive.
