Stop being stupid. Show me why a person in the military cannot commit the kind of fraud you're describing,

then show me how the law allows one set of voting rules for some Ohioans and one set for another.

Show me where the Constitution allows a state to arbitrarily give one group more days to vote than another,

without cause.

I don't think any of these lawsuits would of occurred if the GOP didn't spend so much time passing laws that suppressed voters rights to vote.

I have a real problem with that and every American should also have a problem with it too.

What Obama is doing to the military is WRONG and a REAL threat to voting rights of people that protect the sorry asses of the left that loathe the military anyway. Obama and Holder are showing just how much they do too.

There is NOTHING equal about being in the military stationed on all over the world, as compared to someone living in the country, or in the state.

Listen carefully. The law applies to in-person voting. A soldier being in Afghanistan is not in any way affected by this.

They took away 3 days of early IN-PERSON voting IN OHIO, AT OHIO POLLING PLACES, from everyone except military personnel.

The lawsuit wants the 3 days back for EVERYONE. There is nothing in the lawsuit whatsoever that attempts to reduce military voting.

You really need to show a little class and common sense and concede that you were wrong here...
