Forget the Trump trials. He might already be ineligible for 2024.

If he is disqualified from running then why do Democrats think he will be the nominee? Obviously, he ISN'T disqualified from running.

Apparently you know nothing about how the American political system works.

The republican party can nominate anybody they want. That doesn't mean that their nominee is qualified to be on the general election ballot.

It's really a hoot seeing if the Republicans are stupid enough to nominate Trump when he will not appear on the general election ballot.

Even if his supporters write-in his name, he is still not qualified to be President. Doubtful that he would win, but even if he did SCOTUS would disqualify him from becoming President again.

Apparently you have a reading comprehension problem. It is DEMOCRATS who believe Trump will be the nominee.

Polls show that Trump is favored by about 62% of registered Republicans - so it apparent that a whole lot of Republicans are going to vote for Trump in the primaries.

Yes, a lot of Democrats believe that the Republicans will be stupid enough to nominate Trump.

In other words, a lot of Democrats believe Trump is, in fact, eligible to run.

He is eligible to run in the Republican primaries and be nominated by the Republican party - if Republican party rules allow it.

That does not mean that he is eligible to run in the general election or to ever serve as President again.

Apparently you do not know that the political parties are private entitles. They can do whatever they want. They can nominate a turnip if they choose.

However, the general elections are run by the State Governments and must conform to the U.S. & State Constitutions and federal & State laws.

Is that so hard to comprehend?
