Her father is a naturalized citizen, and claims she was born in this country.

Her father was a diplomat. It is unclear if the State Dept. recognized his leaving his countries service before she was born.

The predominant thinking is that he was still listed as a diplomat when she was born. That means she is NOT a US Citizen.
