The observations are almost completely at odds with the statements of medical scammers. Obesity is not related to the amount of food, fat does not give people an increase in energy, and the metabolism of fat in general is not clear described anywhere. With any physical activity, even aerobic, glycogen is consumed and not fat. Marathon runners prepare to store glycogen, and they drink carbs along the way.

Fat also works as an endocrine organ.

This is most likely a parasitic disease. Part of the parasitic system that is included in organisms.

In addition, medical scammers have tried to hide the role of glycogen in the past, this has become massively known only from the developments in the field of sports and fitness.

Many people who are obese eat about 20 times less than lean people, it does not affect their fat in any way.

The inactivity of fat people has the opposite effect. They move poorly and little because fat, shortness of breath and a poor cardio system limit them in this, and not vice versa.

The best fat burning occurs at high-intensity anaerobic-type loads, when even in theory there can be no fat consumption. This is apparently due to the fact that the parasites die from the increased acidity of the blood, and stop generating fat.

Lol 🤣🤣🤣 you and Trump know everything about everything. Did you just learn about glycogen?

Are you a medical doctor or certified nutritionist?

Approximately half of the doctors are overweight, about a quarter suffer from overt obesity, at least this is true for the Russian Federation, I don’t know how things are in the USA. Approximately 0.1% of medical workers have sport athletic build and good health

Donna Shaleila, head of the Clinton administration's health department, is a severely obese woman.

He is certified wrong.

The body does burn fat in the form of ketones.

He mistakenly thinks that because the liver processes sugar and carbs first that it is the ONLY energy source.
this speaks in favor of my hypothesis. Ketones are breakdown products of stress or damage of carbohydrate metabolism. It follows from this that the body does not use fat as a normal energy store.

Ketosis is a state that develops as a result of carbohydrate starvation of cells, when the body begins to break down fat for energy with the formation of a large number of ketone bodies.

It is also the natural condition of the human body. Carbohydrates have only recently become a luxury in the diet of the world. Before it was fats, vegetables, and meat that was the survival staples of the human race.

The body burned the fat by converting it to ketones and that is a significant benefit to the human animal.

The brain prefers ketones to sugar. The body limited the damages done by the hormone insulin, keeps blooks sugars stable, and provides a fit body to a fight or flight condition.

There are 60+ studies that provide proof and the benefits of a low carbohydrate diet as well as a cure for several 'modern' diseases.

We get all the carbs we need from vegetables and are harmed pretty significantly by grains.

I suggest doing some research on those studies.

Oh, and look into a couple of lectures on how sugar is the worst poison you could put in you body.s

No, it is accompanied by intoxication and carcinogens. This is tested by the presence of ketones in the urine.
There is no study, nor any proof, that ketones are carcinogenic in the slightest. Fat does not ferment so there is no fermentation to cause intoxication.

In addition, by doing away with elevated levels of glycogen and other carb-induced responses the body's inflammation level drops to a normal levels and uncovers nerve receptiors that aid in the immune system.

I suggest you go do the research.

Only in forested areas. In the fields and in the areas where fruits grow, there is always enough carbohydrates.

No. Fat does more harm than good. If it had an advantage, fat individuals would be sexually attractive.
