Raed Salah has lost his appeal because he was found to have no right to voice his political opinions.

Another further drop in British democracy.
It appears that what is "unacceptable" is Raed Salah's well-known opposition to Israel's illegal occupation of Jerusalem, destruction of Palestinian homes, violation of Islamic sanctities and ethnic cleansing of the city. Raed Salah is not alone in this regard. Every Palestinian abhors this. Indeed, apart from Israel, the perpetrator, only the US and a handful of European countries acquiesce in the face of these policies. What distinguishes Salah, however, is that he is most vocal in his opposition. The Israeli establishment views him, therefore, as an obstacle in the way of its illegality. Had he remained silent, his behaviour would have passed unnoticed and, no doubt, been judged "acceptable". This is what this case is all about.

More bizarrely, Renton and Lloyd ruled that Raed Salah dealt with "issues which are highly sensitive in the context of the Israeli/Palestinian dispute"; he spoke "in vivid terms alleging that it was the intention to destroy the Al Aqsa Mosque, again a particularly sensitive issue". The first point to recognise, which Home Secretary Theresa May fails to do, is that Jerusalem is occupied by the Israelis; the Zionist state of Israel has no right to the city. This is why the UN Security Council has called on Israel to desist from taking any measures to alter Jerusalem's status. And why no country worthy of the name has an embassy in Jerusalem; it is occupied territory.

What are the measures of concern to the Security Council? There is a whole catalogue of Israeli actions intended to change Jerusalem's demographic as well as its religious character. If the United Nations Security Council, no less, can condemn Israeli actions in Jerusalem why can't Raed Salah speak about them? Perhaps UN officials who describe the situation imposed by Israel on the Palestinians as apartheid, annexation and ethnic cleansing will be deported next time they visit the UK.

When judges follow politicians, not the law

I think this is the most politically motivate abuse of our justice system I have yet seen. I am in no doubt now that Britain is a fascist State and our independent Judiciary is no more. We saw a similar instance early in the year when the looters and rioters when the courts on the dictate of the Government gave those caught prison sentences massively in excess of what such crimes usually got. It is indeed a dark and shameful day for British justice.

DAMASCUS, (PIC)-- Political bureau member of Hamas Ezzet Al-Resheq has criticized the British judiciary for endorsing the deportation of Sheikh Raed Salah, the leader of the Islamic movement in 1948 occupied Palestine, despite his proven innocence of charges leveled against him in London.

He said in a statement on his Facebook page on Sunday that the ruling ran contrary to the democratic values championed by the British government and proves its blatant bias in favor of Israel.

Resheq noted that the British government had recently amended its laws to allow visit of former Israeli foreign minister Tzipi Livni to London without being prosecuted for war crimes.

The defense team of Sheikh Salah would appeal the decision on Monday, a press release by the Islamic movement on Sunday said.

They changed the law, by one vote. However the court has already been satisfied that there is sufficient evidence for her to be arrested for war crimes. Not only did the Conservatives change the law to allow it to be possible for wanted people to get in - the change makes it difficult to get a court order in time - but she herself decided in collusion with the Government to come over to say 'neh neh neh neh neh'. In order to do this the conniving Government managed to get a special dispensation because she was apparently on a 'secret mission' and so she could not be touched - but even this was not legal as being a member of the opposition, she was not entitled to such special privileges.

Britain is lost. On all levels we are disappearing into fascism and the Government taking over the independence of the Judiciary is the most glaring sign of all. The censorship of free speech just the chaser.
