Big blow to the CRT commie losers.

Alexandria, Virginia; February 25, 2022: Today, a federal judge ruled that Fairfax County school officials violated the law by changing admissions requirements at the nation’s top public school to deliberately reduce the number of Asian-American students enrolled.

Federal judge rules that admissions changes at nation’s top public school discriminate against Asian-American students

Alexandria, Virginia; February 25, 2022: Today, a federal judge ruled that Fairfax County school officials violated the law by changing admissions requirements at the nation’s top public school to deliberately reduce the number of Asian-American students enrolled.
Last March, a coalition of parents, students, alumni, and community members filed a lawsuit challenging admissions changes at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJ).
“This is a monumental win for parents and students here in Fairfax County, but also for equal treatment in education across the country,” said PLF attorney Erin Wilcox. “We hope this ruling sends the message that government cannot choose who receives the opportunity to attend public schools based on race or ethnicity.”

That’s wonderful news, but how will things be rectified? As it currently stands, many high-achieving and bright Asians lost out on admission as a result of the illegal change so that lower-achieving and less bright Latinos and blacks could take their place.

How will it be made up to the Asians who lost out?

(Also, why is this in political satire? Is it not true?)

I find it odd that libs - both black and white - who fundamentally despise all the founding fathers, whether slave holders or not - would be caught dead in a school named Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJ).

Have you no shame?

It's a step in the right direction.

Why an EDUCATOR would punish those who value education in order to promote the intetests of those who obviously don't undermlnes the very notion that they are even educators in the first place

Does not appear to be false.

It is telling that none of the major news agencies seem to be reporting on it.

The anti-white racists won’t like it, but this bodes well for the affirmative action case the SCOTUS has the docket this term.

This really should be moved to the politics section.
