I've always said that...for 5 or 6 years, no one was ever that good, not even close.Earl Campbell - best RB I ever saw.

Bo Jackson was another oneI've always said that...for 5 or 6 years, no one was ever that good, not even close.
he was certainly a superstar and still not in Campbells league, no one was...Campbell would get the ball on third and 6/7/8 and everyone knew it and he would still get the yardage...Ham and Lambert would key on him and could not stop him.Bo Jackson was another one
Yet Ham and Lambert won four more championships than Campbell.he was certainly a superstar and still not in Campbells league, no one was...Campbell would get the ball on third and 6/7/8 and everyone knew it and he would still get the yardage...Ham and Lambert would key on him and could not stop him.
Yeah, I'm a Steeler fan [NY Jets as well], I own a "HAM" jersey...using ^that^ argument as a guideline would mean there were no great RB's...that Steeler team was the greatest of all time.Yet Ham and Lambert won four more championships than Campbell.
CORRECTION: Hadn't seen my "HAM" jersey for a while so I looked for it and discovered it is a No. 58 "LAMBERT" jersey, quite embarrassing for a fan.Yeah, I'm a Steeler fan [NY Jets as well], I own a "HAM" jersey...using ^that^ argument as a guideline would mean there were no great RB's...that Steeler team was the greatest of all time.
Typical corporate behaviorA sentimental uproar, perhaps, but the Titans own the rights to the Oilers unis.
I hate the NFL, they are consumed with revenue, even though they are rolling in cash, playing games in Brazil now along with Germany and London and charging people to watch playoff games, all while sweeping off the field issues under the rug.
