1. “Chief Justice nominee John Roberts said Thursday there is no room for ideologues on the Supreme Court, declaring an “obligation to the Constitution” and to no other cause as he concluded three grueling days of confirmation testimony.
“If the Constitution says that the little guy should win, the little guy’s going to win in court before me,” Roberts told the Senate Judiciary Committee. “But if the Constitution says that the big guy should win, well, then the big guy’s going to win.”
Roberts, in 2005

2. David Mamet has written this about the law:
. If “fairness” is associated with group-identity, with all of the associated accommodations, law will be reduced to constant petition of government for special and specific exemptions from justice. Law, to be just, but be written and carried out in ignorance of the identity of its claimants.

If fairness is based on one's political identity, ie Donald Trump, we are no longer America.

3. LBJ was taken before a grand jury for the crime of indicting the FCC to get a license for WLBJ, his radio station and tv station in Austin, Texas.

4. Ford pardoned Nixon on some 70 felony counts/charges

5. Reagan charged with Boland Amendment charges.

6. Bush 41 took money from the Commodities Credit Corporation, and used the money to fund Iraq.

7. Barack Obama bought a house and property with funding by organized crime boss Rezko.

8. Hillary Clinton, lots of possible indictments......none were instituted.

9. The point here is that only Trump, due to his politics, faced indictment.

10.The Fascists.....er, Democrats have no shared values with Americda......, not an American party…they oppose free speech, the second amendment, and the free practice of one’s religion.....

"you people were vicious, violent, screaming, 'Where's the wall? We want the wall!' Screaming, 'Prison! Prison! Lock her up!,'" Trumps said. "I mean, you are going crazy."

It is the responsibility and sacred duty of the Supreme Court to apply the Constitution to issues brought before it. Though it is tradition for them to only address cases brought before them, I suggest several clarifying declarations be made without a case. For example, executive orders. The Constitution does not grant that power to presidents. Are they allowed? If so, under what conditions? Do they expire with the outgoing president? Are they void if expanding executive powers?

The EO has been used since Washington used it, yet no legislation was created to facilitate its use.

Asking for departmental reports seems in line with presidential powers. It did not expand Washington's powers, but was organizational in nature.

Seems you need evidence to prosecute someone. Plenty of that in trump's case. Accusations are not evidence, which explains all the other cases you mentioned.
