Seems you need evidence to prosecute someone. Plenty of that in trump's case. Accusations are not evidence, which explains all the other cases you mentioned.

Hillary had all those e-mails vanish. That's evidence enough to convict for obstruction of justice and considering the information it covered it would be a pretty serious crime.

Help me out. A Navy Cross Winner was prosecuted. And he was a Representative in the House at the time. Many Representatives have been busted. Not just Republicans or Democrats.

Some Senators have also faced Criminal Charges. A Vice President plead Guilty to Tax Evasion and resigned as part of a plea deal. Congressmen, Senators, Governors, and Vice Presidents. But not Presidents. Why not?

But what places anyone above the law? Trump’s Department of Justice investigated Hillary and decided it did not warrant prosecution. But all we hear from the Right is how awful it was that she wasn’t prosecuted. I’ve posted a Lawyer explaining why many times. And for some reason nobody watched the video. It leads me to surmise that you don’t want truth.

So what you do is make the most idiotic argument possible. It is exactly like the moron who screams at the cop for picking on him. The outraged driver claims it’s not fair he got pulled over when everyone was doing the same thing. The idiot driver just admitted to speeding and that he knew he was speeding.

You all do exactly the same thing. In this thread you scream it isn’t fair that Trump is being prosecuted. Then you point out all the others who were not.

Clinton was impeached. He signed a plea deal just like Agnew did before leaving office. Clinton was smart enough to listen to lawyers and stop the train from leaving the station and building any speed up.

Trump doesn’t listen to lawyers. He tells them what to do. It is said that a man who represents himself has a fool for a client. What do you call someone who tells his lawyer what to say? You hire experts for their expertise. You listen to them and consider what they say. You may not take their advice, but you better seriously consider it.

If the Statement of Facts submitted to the court by the DA is true. Then Trump engaged in a Conspiracy to commit fraud in the Oval Office. Instead of asking why Bragg is prosecuting, as a better question. The better question is how did the DOJ decide this was fine?

Stop thinking of your political opponents as enemies. They’re Americans too. And yes I believe they should calm down too.
