We absolutely do need to expand our horizons of what could happen in 2024. Never forget how the liberal establishment used George Floyd as an excuse to unleash their minions in the 2020 election and create so much chaos that exhausted moderate voters would swing toward Joe Biden. They actually war gamed a scenario where the West Coast states would threaten to secede to stop Trump from being sworn in as president in 2021. It never happened, but these people were prepared for it.

The point is some believe according to the constitution, trump is disqualified for running for office, under the 14th amendment clause...

They believe him being on the ballot is unconstitutional and believe that the American people should never be given an opportunity to vote on a ballot for a person who never qualified to be on the ballot.

They will not put Trump on the ballot due to the 14th amendment clause on insurrection, aiding enemies, etc etc.

The candidate will then sue the secretary of state, and challenge the disqualification. It will quickly, through expedited manner work its way up to the Supreme Court, they will rule on it being constitutional or not....

It will depend on which Secretary of State will follow the 14th Amendment. There will be lawsuits, etc, etc. Nothing easy until it is over after 11/5/24 as explained by Constutional Professor Laurence Tribe and others.
