Suppose the Republican nominee had been a black conservative popular pro-life woman and the Democratic nominee had been Al Franken who would most of the people who in real life voted against Obama vote for? And who would most of the blacks who voted for Obama in real life and would still vote in 2008 vote for? And would enough blacks not vote who actually voted in 2008 to make a difference?

Two Obama voters saying home would equal one of them voting for the Republican and the other not voting.

The GOP had no chance no matter who the candidates were. Dubya was THAT bad.

Dumb Question. Republicans would never have a black person or a woman as a candidate. Believe it or not, but skin color isn't the only criteria that people use to pick a candidate.

Dumber answer. Where did I ask whether it could happen? I just asked what if it did?

Dubya was the main reason for Obama just as Obama was the main reason for Trump

If Tim Scott ran he would easily win among Republicans.
It was Republicans who had the first women Representatives in congress.

Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no chance in hell. Obama ruined the chances for another black president for the foreseeable future.
