This school system is the 2nd largest in GA. They have recently announced a budgetary shortfall of somewhere between $120 million and $130 million USD. Open jobs have been eliminated, salaries cut...and on May 15, their teachers (and other remaining staff) will find out if they have jobs for next year.

And....what does the rocket scientist who runs this school system want to do? Install $16 million dollars of artificial turf on ALL of their high schooll football fields.

Can you believe this buffoon....and the Judge he found that agreed with him?
