The article was very informative of a mistrial due to a HUNG JURY - it was alluded to that there are mistrials for reasons OTHER THAN a hung jury - but it never went into what that might be.

I assume that the Defense wanting a mistrial even before a jury sits in seclusion is one of the "other than a hung jury" cases.

This prosector makes me feel bad - he makes me feel like vomiting - he is obsessed with putting words in the mouth of Kyle "AR-15" Rittenhouse.
