3. Weiner gave them his laptop and gave permission to look at all emails.

4. Another warrant was obtained by another judge who had the welfare of the investigation in mind.

5. The entire bombshell is not based on assumptions my dear. Comey would not stick out his neck for "assumptions."

Utter bullshit. Of course it"s based on assumptions. Comey even said at the time he notified Congress that the FBI could not yet assess whether or not the emails were "significant."

As these emails do not in anyway, shape and/or form involve Ms. Clinton, but rather the transmission of said emails then what crime would Ms. Clinton committed. The emails were sent to her or from her. The issue is the transmission of the emails, not the content of the emails.

It has yet to be determined if any of the emails contain classified information. That is something the FBI will be investigating.
