Actual prosecutors all agree if it was anyone else they would have been charged with obstruction.

The memo reads like a manifesto from his defense lawyers. Muellers conviction rate after the investigation speaks for itself. Trump is guilty as hell of obstruction of justice, and collusion with Russians has absolutely been proven.

But that's a forgone conclusion. We have now moved on to his more serious crimes, of which are numerous. This time without the protections of the office, a complicit attorney general, or any sycophant lawyers to write favorable manifestos.

Be kinda hard when career AG's determine they don't have a provable case 'beyond a reasonable doubt' and/or have issues proving intent.
