Actual prosecutors all agree if it was anyone else they would have been charged with obstruction.

The memo reads like a manifesto from his defense lawyers. Muellers conviction rate after the investigation speaks for itself. Trump is guilty as hell of obstruction of justice, and collusion with Russians has absolutely been proven.

But that's a forgone conclusion. We have now moved on to his more serious crimes, of which are numerous. This time without the protections of the office, a complicit attorney general, or any sycophant lawyers to write favorable manifestos.

Mueller did a great justice putting several of Trump's campaign braintrust behind bars and solidifying the ties between the campaign and Russian intelligence.

He should have insisted on deposing the blob in person though. The moment Trump testifies in person under oath...he goes away. Other Presidents had done it...there was no reason for Mueller to not have insisted on the blob sitting before him and his investigators.

Mueller did not investigate Hillary. The blob got away Scot-free.

I have read the full Mueller Report and I find it does NOT exonerate Trump at all.
Just the opposite.
Yet the decision was made not to prosecute.
Same as with Hillary.
