Does God have a name?

I'm not trying to be smug or a smartass with this question.

I went to a church recently and they had a band. The band started singing about God but they gave God a name I have never heard of before (I can't remember it for the life of me but it wasn't Jehova).

So I ask the Christians and Jews here, does your denomination give God a name, and what is it?

Psalms 83:18

In the King James version his name appears in Psalm 83:18 ; Isaiah 12:2; 26:4

The Bible states his name, even in the King James Version. I provided the verses. Or are you going to claim that you don't believe those verses either?

actually, he said I will be what I will be. There is no 'I am' in old Hebrew.

we believe his name is contained in the torah.. but it's unknowable.
