Not only does he repeat the word "truth" again and again, but he says speaking other than the truth is a threat to democracy.
In fact, how many times does he say the word "truth" during the speech.
How many times does he say:
Ye shall know the truth
and the truth shall make you free?
He talks about professional integrity and the importance of "truth".
And, he even talks about "ALTERNATIVE FACTS".
Except for the Trump White House, who talks about alternative facts????
