For the 2012 Election.....
Blame Republicans....
What.. that's the plan...
What a novel idea, blame the Republicans. Precisely why I hope one of them becomes President (that is if the Party finds someone it can run before it runs out of prospects). I'd like to see the Job Bill he/she presents - considering the total failure on the Republican led Congress to entertain, much less author, anything of consequence in that neighborhood. They're too busy trying to keep that 1% well primed - not sure that will work in their favor once back in the White House.
Don't get out much, do you? The House has passed several bills that would help the private sector create jobs. They sit, gathering dust, on Harry Reid's desk.

Actually, that was the plan in 2008 and it worked very well
The plan for 2012 is to let the Republicans speak and then ridicule what comes out of their mouths
It should be more effective than 2008

Pelosi. What a leader.
Proposed House Bills for free condoms for all, free abortions, sex-ed in pubic schools, health care for AIDS patients.
Brilliance.
She drained the swamp dontcha' know?Yes, I'm sure you were all this concerned when it was 420 of Nancy Pelosi's house bills that got no traction in the Senate...right?

More importantly as she took over as speaker.
The end of deficit spending as arrived.

Maybe if the Republicans hadn't come right out and said their number one priority was to make President Obama a one term President at all costs, they wouldn't be painted as such obstructionist asshats. (Oh, and if they hadn't been such obstructionist asshats)
The gop should be applauded for blocking democrat stupidity.

And yet, imagine that, the approval rating of Congress is at it's lowest level in history. Guess what the American people want? Compromise. The Republicans have been unwilling to do so since President Obama took office. Up till now, they've been able to play the "it's both sides" meme despite the evidence to the contrary. This time they overplayed their hand and looked like nihilistic teenagers on a tear. It isn't going to play well in Peoria.

And guess why? Who had the Majority in Congress for the period?
Whoopsie...

Um, right now, when the Congress has it's lowest approval ratings? The Republicans.
Repubs only have control of what? Congress has two houses... Congressional approval means the entirety...And yet, imagine that, the approval rating of Congress is at it's lowest level in history. How can the senate compromise when they won't even look at a bill they are sent? Or is it only the republican house that is expected to compromise?

They did the same exact thing to Nancy Pelosi.
This mythical 60 vote majority never existed. It ALWAYS included the Ben Nelsons, Blanche Lincolns and Joe douche Liebermans.

That's obvious, lord knows they can't run on what the obama has accomplished
