In most States, you have to present a Photo ID in person the first time you apply.

In some, you have to send in a copy of your Photo ID with every ballot and the City/County Clerk has to verify the address.

In some others you have to sign an affidavit swearing that you are who you say you are.

The deal with Voter Fraud is that we all know it's going on.... dimocrap scum LOVE voter fraud.

The problem is, you can't prove FRAUD unless the person just simply admits (s)he cast the vote fraudulently. Very few of them are that stupid and, for that reason, very few prosecutors follow through on Voter Fraud.

All the cheater has to do is say, "well, cousin Rufus told me to vote for him while he was in the slammer."

Or, "Mama told me to keep voting for her. Even after she was gone. So I did."

Or, "My ol' lady is doing ten to twenty for Man II and she axed me if I could vote for her."

That is NOT convictable Voter Fraud. You have to KNOWINGLY cast a ballot fraudulently. Otherwise, no conviction. Can't be done. If you believe (of course, we know you're lying, but we can't PROVE it) that you are fulfilling the wish of someone by voting in their stead, that is NOT voter fraud and no Jury is going to convict you.

Now, if you sign an affidavit saying that you ARE that dead woman or if you include a Photo ID of her saying that it's you. Or if you include a Photo ID of your Ol' Lady, who is in the slammer for having a pound of Crack Cocaine on her or sign an Affidavit saying that you are her.....
