Hardly a vote of confidence then, more like a 6% fluke.6% of all liberal run cities with populations over 200 are successful!50%
Which is what it was for white children nationwide back in the 50's.
But don't worry. During the last 10 years US graduates are taking a nose dive. But I'm guessing that teaching children education is "just a piece of paper" and "delegitimizing education by teaching the controversy" and calling colleges and college professors names and complaining scientists are lazy and on the government dole has nothing to do with it.
Conservatives want a return to the "50's" when the country was doing so well.
Of course, the tax rate for the top 1% was like 90% so it wasn't all good. Rich people were really suffering.
It's just someone making fun of the FACT that a measly 6% of scientists in the United States are Republican and a measly 9% identify as conservative.
For some strange reason, unknown to everyone, Republicans feel they represent more than 6% of scientists.
They believe Obama is the anti Christ and Noah's Ark is a true, historical event, and they believe that MORE than 6% of scientists are Republican. Is that a "hoot" or what?
