Apparently he was protesting the President's position on immigration.

He went there intending to be arrested. No biggie.

I might ask him, what sense does it make to reward someone for breaking the law simply because they've had a kid over here? I'm not at all against looking at our immigration laws and maybe showing some leniency on a case by case basis for humanitarian reasons. It's just annoying when the open borders crowd just seem to think everyone who comes here illegally is just entitled to demand residency. You have to inspire compassion, not demand it.
