Asked how he felt about Attorney General William Barr’s summary of the Mueller report, De Niro first lauded Democrats, saying, "It's pathetic. You know it’s interesting that Democrats are trying to do the right thing and say, 'We're waiting for justice to come,' and then it doesn’t come.
