Many of these scandals wouldn't even be committed in Russia. This isn't even an exhausted list as I can personal attest to. Disgusting. Whats worse, you can read the details about each incident on wikipedia and there is zero accountability, it's incredible really. There are so many more, Russian spying in the military (which the FBI detected and told RCMP about), Aaron Driver terror attack (which FBI became aware of and advised RCMP about).

With TPS, OPP, CSIS and these incompetents, no wonder our allies don't trust us...
