Great letter! But as usual, it bounced off deaf ears. I just don't think they get it. Also, it's because of the hypocrisy, that the GOP hasn't a clue what to do when it gets power. So all they do is try to punich democratic voters who didn't vote for them. And the rank and file on the right march along in lockstep like the good little sheep they are.

Well slut, since I think things like that I oppose the wars as well as our presence in the middle east, am pro-choice, think all drugs should be legal, think prostitution should be legal, think gay sex isn't sodomy support Euthanasia, I actually don't think anyone who disagrees with Republicans are liberal. My point is that none of the arguments made by the lifelong Republican were conservative. Furthermore, the only ones arguing he is a conservative are liberals and he relied on sites like Crooks and Liars to make his case.

I always enjoy that particular word game. Fascism is a centrally planned economy where industry is controlled by government but technically privately owned. Since liberals aren't the brightest creatures on God's green earth and they are certainly adept at children's games, they try to turn it around and say fascism is control of the government by corporations. Yeah, when Krupp said jump, Hitler asked "how high?" Basically they just like the word fascist and any lie becomes truth when it supports a liberal argument.

Actually the Democrats are far more fascist, and I'm not referring to the misnomer that fascism has anything to do with hatred, it doesn't. The fascists of Europe in the 30s were full of hate, but they weren't being fascist when they did it. For the true meaning of the word, control of industry by government, the Democrats who aren't fully socialist are fascists. Fascism is a step to socialism, it's not the opposite. Actually Nazis were the "National Socialists German Workers Party."
