    most are 'both' to some extent.

    Well I said news, but I think news commentary or opinion is a better description.

    I'd say both. Most (<--keyword) Conservative talk shows I've heard present something, then give their opinion and open it for dicussion. That said, there are the extremists, like Michael Savage, that mix opinion with the simple presentation of a subject. Of course, all this makes it no different than Liberal talk shows, including the extemists.
