History repeats itself only if we allow it. There is no sane reason for there to have been another country to embrace marxism after the bolsheviks, the nazis, or the chi-coms (whatever they called themselves) emerged and slaughteres tens of millions of people.

There is no excuse for it, other than some charismatic sociopaths convinced the sheep in some countries to hand them despotic authority. Then BAM!!! Next thing you know, starvation, gulags, refugees and savagery. Happens every allahdamned time and now we have these sniveling nanny state bed wetters here in America, after all the time and blood we spent fighting those sociopaths, want to elect sociopaths like obozo and hitlery and flush us down with venezuela.

The right, the inalienable right to keep and bear arms does not come from the Constitution.

The Constitution tells the government how it will operate and what it can and cannot do.

The 2nd amendment recognizes the inalienable right for a person to protect themselves, their property and most important their liberty.
If the second amendment was removed we would still have the right to keep and bear arms.
Congress would have to write laws oppressing that right.

In return, citizenship is given retroactively to a child born to a parent with Permanent Resident status once the parent becomes naturalized. Until then, the child is a citizen of the country of the parent's origin. People have to live here at least five years to apply for citizenship. Those people's kids should also be US citizens, if they follow through with citizenship. That regulation would encourage a lot of immigrants to follow through with citizenship, too, if it meant their kids would get it automatically. They'd learn some English and be prepared to participate in our communities and elections more easily, too.

1917 Russia was still a Imperialist state and had a feudal society. There were many different factors as to why the aristocracy failed and the government collapsed, but to say the entire population was starving isn't quite accurate. It's also an entirely different circumstance than exists here, these people were not free, there was no economic mobility like we have and there were no rights of people to be secure from tyranny, to protest or even own private property let alone guns to defend themselves. It went from one despotic state to another, except that the collectivist one that came to power promising to feed the hungry simply killed them all off.

We have the fattest "poor" people that have ever existed. Many of them drive decent vehicles, have smart phones, cable, and live like kings compared to some of the POOR people I have seen with my own eyes. It's a poverty that makes you feel gritty when you see it. Orphan children in the streets with battle scars.

When I went to the Philippines my wife and I just started dating, we went out for diner in a shady part of town near the airport since we were taking a local flight to another island the next day. So we come out of this restaurant and I've still got a sack of food we were bringing back to the hotel. We ended up surrounded by more than a dozen of the most filthy pathetic looking kids you can imagine all clamoring for that bag of chicken, which I was about to give them until she stopped me. I looked at her like she was nuts and she said they will kill each other over it.

So please do not lecture me about poverty, you have no concept of what poverty is, or what sort of chaos exists in 3rd world police states. Even there, communism is largely rejected because they're aware of the horrors it causes. Why get rid of a government that neglects you, for one that will just kill you?

Yes, you are indeed wrong, as usual. I will explain it to you because you're not too smart.....in order for the militia to be in good working order, the members of the militia (everybody between 18 and 65) were to never be denied the ability to keep their weapons of war at home, where they could keep them operational.
