I discovered how yummy crispy bacon and syrup is by accident. My pancake syrup spilled over onto my bacon. Delish!
Actually that's true, although I still like my pancakes dripping in egg yolk. Might make those tomorrow.

You mean you have the egg on the pancake? I have chocolate sauce on the pancakes
If my bacon is brown on on side and white fat on the other I cut off and throw away the white fat.
If bacon isn't crispy and instead chewy I throw the entire thing out or send it back or put it in the microwave
