Collective punishment IS A WAR CRIME!

Yup, they are war criminals...

...these steps were taken only in the first stage of the collective punishment, which lasted for days or weeks, sometimes even months, pushing some refugee camps to the point of starvation....

How Israel Uses Water as a Weapon of War

Since the entire world all seems to agree that collective punishment is a war crime, can any of you who support Jewish war criminality daily here, come on to this thread and explain why?

Neither riot control nor blockades are war crimes nor collective punishment. And neither has EVER been considered such until Israel comes into the discussion.

Now, if you want to discuss the one instance where Israel does actually impose collective punishment -- its the destruction of the houses of families of terrorists. That I have a problem with. Its punishing people by association rather than deed. That said, I don't know what else Israel is to do with a hostile population in their midst. There doesn't seem to be any strictly moral way of handling it.
Indeed, there is no legal or moral justification for settler colonialism. Quite the opposite, in fact.

Is it a war crime when a Palestinian animal walks into a pizza restaurant in Jerusalem and blows up a bunch of women and children?

Is it a war crime when a Palestinian animal runs down women, children, and the elderly by intentionally running them down with a car or stabbing them?

I wonder...
It is a crime and it is out of desperation.

Who gives a f***. Suicide bombers came out of Gaza, so Gaza got blocked due to Israel having this funny feeling of NOT wanting more people to blow up inside of it. Weird, huh.
The blockade on Gaza started before rockets or suicide bombers.

Wrong again, Hollie! At least you are consistent.

[Jewish] Human rights watchdog B'Tselem published a video showing Israel's armoured tanker trucks fitted with "water cannons" which spray the foul fluid at Palestinian protesters.

Collective punishment is a WAR CRIME.

Hey Louie --- Would Al Jahzeerah lie to you??

What is Skunk spray Israel uses against Palestinians?

Odortec did not respond to Al Jazeera’s request for comment in time for publication but maintains on its website that Skunk is organic, nontoxic and even drinkable.

AND now in the USA.....

We spoke to the company behind Skunk, a foul-smelling weapon sold to U.S. police

In other words, MORE humane than tear gas, or rubber bullets for crowd control...

You make it hard for me to show concern for an occupation gone on too long. Because you're part of the problem that the Palestinian cause has with credibility and organization. You're not helping at all son...

You mean war crimes like saying civilians (including children) are valid military targets?

They're just a propaganda tool for muhammedans like you.

It's a shame that Islamic terrorists and their promoters are never willing to address the degenerate nature of Islamic ideology. One of the side effects
of Islamic terrorism is that life tends to be cheap.

From al Durah to Badawi: Lethal journalism and Palestinian Propaganda's Manufacturing of Consent | HuffPost

It was a defining image of the last conflagration in Gaza. Hamas prime minister Ismail Haniyeh and Egyptian prime minister Hashim Kandil held up a Palestinian child’s corpse to the cameras, his face bloodied, his lifeless eyes a compelling entreaty to the world: “Will you not stand against Israel for killing this child!?”

But it wasn’t Israel that murdered 4-year-old Mohammed Sadallah, it appears to have been Hamas. In a grotesque irony, one of the thousands of rockets Hamas had aimed at Israeli children reportedly landed on the 4-year-old Gazan boy instead. The Islamist group thought nothing of turning the child into a PR weapon — and the international press obliged. That same week, Palestinian activists repeatedly tried to pass off photos of dead Arab children as Israel’s doing. The photos were in fact of Syrian children massacred weeks earlier by Bashar Assad. And this month, following unprecedented public criticism, the UN fired Kulhood Badawi, one of its senior public affairs officers in Jerusalem. Badawi had tried to peddle a photo of a girl killed in an accident in 2006 as a victim of Israel. These activists, Badawi and Hamas — whose minister boasted in 2009 of its use of “human shields of the women, the children... to challenge the Zionist bombing machine” — assumed that the international press would simply take them at their word, as it had always done.
