Your diatribes exhibit a complete lack of intellectual content. What, specifically, is your objection to "closing the border" (i.e., building a fence)? The fact that many people are already here or that they are having children is nonresponsive to this question, as is the fact that previous administrations have done little to enforce border security.

Obviously, the purpose of "closing the border" is to reduce future illegal entry into the U.S. The fact that it would not be 100% effective is not a legitimate argument against it, and its cost would be a negligible part of our $3 trillion federal budget. If you favor a permanently open border, please be honest enough to admit it.

Even Homeland Security has said it is cheaper to deport them than allow them to remain here sucking up our taxes, and taking American jobs. Only 3% of illegal aliens are picking crops and for those jobs there are unlimited H-2A visas for legal, foreign workers. The other 97% of illegals are doing job that Americans have always done for a fair wage.
